I had an amazing experience at GC by Giorgio, Charles Salon, thanks to Alex, the incredibly talented hairdresser. I came in with critically damaged hair—truly a level 10 emergency—and no idea what to do. I told Alex everything, hoping for a miracle, and he delivered! Instead of a drastic pixie cut, he worked his magic to preserve a length I’m comfortable with, completely transforming my hair. The before-and-after results are stunning, and I couldn’t be happier. The staff is so kind, professional, and welcoming, and the salon’s relaxing, aesthetically pleasing ambiance made the experience even better. As someone new to Chicago, I’m thrilled to have found my new go-to spot for hair, nails, and beauty needs. I’ve been getting my haircut by George since almost a year now, and the man never misses! He’s the sweetest guy ever and an absolute expert. Always gave me the best advice for my hair. Never had a bad haircut here, and neither will you.
