          James was great! He came out right away and was very kind and professional. He did a great job of explaining things to me in a manner that I understood.

          We had been using another plumber for years but they started becoming unreliable. All Hours Plumber was recommended to us by a friend and thank goodness! They were comprehensive in their analysis of the issue, reliable in terms of showing up on time with the right equipment, and always had great communication in terms of when they were on their way. James, Justin, Jose and Mark are just great guys to work with and did an outstanding job. The problem was solved quickly, they were careful to minimize any impact and everything was put back together as it was before. We had done a similar fix to another house over 10 years ago and the price then was about the same as what we had to pay for this, so we know the price was fair. Also it ended up taking less time than they originally thought so they reduced the price I had already agreed upon - so I also know they are honest. They are now my plumbers of choice and I highly recommend them!!

          Starting with Marc, his communication, knowledge, punctuality, and professionalism were top notch! We needed our water heater replaced immediately upon closing on our home for our homeowners insurance policy. He and his crew came out right away and thoroughly explained all of our options. When we decided to move forward, his guys came out during a tropical storm to get the job done! James and Justin were so polite, let me know when they were getting started, how long it would take, etc. Since we weren't living at the house yet, they waited for me to get out there to walk me through things at the end. They cleaned everything up as if nothing ever happened. We were so impressed from start to finish and highly recommend working with them!
