they are responsive to maintaince requests (issue was seen and handled in less than 2 hours after filing), adaptable and flexible to meet needs of residents. On site connections that are friendly and solution oriented. Justin went above and beyond to assist our family, and I cannot recommend leasing with 44 North enough!

My roommates and I are students at the U and love 44North!! Our apartment is clean and nice for a decent price. We are super close to campus and feel safe in our apartment. The management and maintenance team are amazing! We also love the events 44North throws that bring the community together 🙂 We resigned for next year because we love it so much.

I can say without a doubt this apartment complex has been a joy to live in. The staff is super friendly and helps with any problems. I always have great conversations with them.The semi private room is a great price and comes with the benefit of privacy. Bedrooms have great space, kitchen is a good size too with updated appliances. We even have in unit laundry. The amenities include a gym, a club room and plenty of outdoor space (including a gym). The complex puts on events from time to time which are really fun and you can even win things.
