Trulee in Evanston is honestly the best place I’ve ever worked! Melissa, our director is a shining example of what a true leader is. She cares for the employees and the residents and it shows! All of the staff is exceptional and has a genuine compassion for the residents. You can always count on them to take care of your loved one, because they genuinely care. From the administration, front desk, dining room, nursing staff you can count on them to help take care of your loved one!

This is a "trulee" special community and culture to be a part of. I couldn't imagine working for a better organization than Solera. Working side by side with teamates who treat eachother and residents with respect and compassion makes all the difference.
